Learned APP, on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai, submitted that, in pursuance of the order dated 3rd November 2022 passed by District and Sessions Court, Panvel-Raigad, the Petitioner has been released on bail from jail.

In view thereof, Petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy for the grievance mentioned in the petition. According to us, the grievance of Petition as of today does not survive. 3.

The Petition is accordingly disposed off.
