The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he is not pressing any relief against Respondent No. 2 as the suit proceeded ex-parte against Respondent No. 2.

The learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 is the main contesting party submits that there is delay of 69 days. It is submitted that the delay is because of not taking the administrative decisions as the applicant is a public limited company and it took time for consultation.

The learned counsel for the Respondents is present. She opposes the application.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the Appellant and considering the period of delay, the delay is hereby condoned. The Appeal be registered.
