Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the assessment was made for grant-in-aid. The petitioner was awarded 89 marks. The entire information has been submitted but the proposal of the petitioner is not processed as yet for grant-in-aid. 2.

In case, the proposal of the petitioner for grant-inaid( Exhibit -"O", page 61) is pending before the Education Officer, then, the Education Officer shall process the same and forward it to the higher authority.
