The Petitioner-father has challenged the order dated 27/07/2010 whereby the Family Court, Pune had granted custody of one child to the Petitioner-father and the other to the Respondent -mother. The order was passed in the year 2010. The records reveal that one of the children was born on 31/01/2001 and the second child was born on 23/04/2022. Both the children are above 18 years of age and it is stated that in terms of the order passed in the year 2010 both the children are in custody of the individual parents. Considering the fact that the children have now crossed the age of 18 years, petition itself has become infructuous. Hence, the petition stands disposed of. 1/2

In view of disposal of the petition, interim application does not survive and hence stands disposed of.
