Both the learned counsel submits that the matter is settled out of the Court. They tendered the consent terms dated 11th June, 2018 duly signed by both the parties as well as their respective counsel.

Both the learned counsel submits that the appellant as well as the respondent are present in the Court. Both the parties entered into the witness box.
