This is an application preferred by wife for condonation of delay caused in filing Family Court Appeal. In view of the fact that the delay is only 109 days and the averments in the application as well as in the interest of justice, we are of the opinion that the delay ought to be condoned. Accordingly, delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed. 3.
