The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that the construction was already demolished on 30th December, 2011 as it was unauthorized pursuant to the order of the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Dindoshi dated 24th December, 2011 in L.C. Suit No. 2583 of 2011. The learned senior counsel submitted that the petitioner wants to avail of remedy before the City Civil Court, Dindoshi since the suit is pending. 2.
