Learned APP has shown to the court an order dated 20/3/2019 dismissing the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of Divisional Commissioner dated 7.1.2019 rejecting his parole leave.

The record shows that the parole was sought by the applicant on 3/8/2018 on the ground of illness of his father. Since then period of more than 10 months has already expired. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the appeal order if the cause still survives, we dispose of the present petition. 3.
