The applicant was admitted to protection from arrest by order dated 12/02/2021, in the wake of the specific submission advanced on behalf of the applicant, that he is not the Director in the company and the prime role is attributed to the co-accused, who happens to be his wife and one another accused. The learned APP was asked to verify.
