Petitioners are therefore having substantive alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. 2) By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off. 3) All contentions of both the parties are kept open. 4) As far as prayer clause (c) (iii) of the Petition is concerned, Mr.Vaidya, submitted that the Petitioners will avail the remedy under the provisions of Advocates Act, 1961, if so advised. 5) Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
