Advocate for the appellants makes a statement that, respondent-State is served as directed on 2nd May, 2019, however, formal amendment is not carried out.

Rane 2/2 SA-455-1995 (sr.501) 25.6.2019 Statement is accepted. Leave to add State as respondent. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The parties to the appeal have settled the dispute and recorded consent terms on 2nd May, 2019. The appellants and the respondents were present in the Court on 2nd May, 2019. Since the State was not impleaded as a respondent in the consent terms, the satisfaction was not recorded and consent terms were not taken on record on 2nd May, 2019.

The appellants admit their signature and contents of the consent terms. They are identified by their Advocate. Respondent No.1 is present. He admits the contents and his signature on the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification.

In view of the consent terms, the Appeal is disposed of. The decree be drawn accordingly. 5.

In view of disposal of Appeal, the Civil Application does not survive. The same is accordingly disposed of.
