After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time, when this Court was not inclined to favourably consider the application, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. In that view of the matter, the criminal application is disposed of, as withdrawn.

Time is granted to the applicant to surrender before the Investigating Ofcer till 26/11/2020.

Needless to mention that if the applicant applies for regular bail after surrender, the learned Sessions Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with the law, without being infuenced by the withdrawal of the present application for anticipatory bail. C.V. BHADANG, J.
