Learned APP upon instructions state that C.C. TV cameras are sent to FSL and after receipt of report from it, further action can be taken. Upon instructions from the Investigating Officer he informs that after CC TV footage is made available, same shall be produced before the trial Court.

In view of this fair statement, we find that the prayers made in Criminal Application No.562/2018 are sufficiently met with. We accordingly dispose of the same.
