DATED : 26th MAY, 2022 (Vacation Court) P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, seeking protection from arrest, the learned counsel has instructions to make a statement that she will withdraw the Bail Application and the applicant shall surrender before the concerned Police Station on or before 3/6/2022. Accepting the said statement, it is directed no arrest shall be effected, till that time.

However, if there is failure on part of the applicant to abide by the statement, the Investigating Officer shall arrest the applicant.

Application is disposed off in above terms.
