These Civil Applications seek permission to withdraw amount deposited by the Petitioner towards the difference of wages in case of each of the three Applicants (original respondents). Learned Counsel for the Respondent (original petitioner) opposes the application. In the facts of the case, this court is of the view that it would be in the interest of justice to allow the applications. Both civil applications are allowed by permitting the respective Applicants to withdraw the amounts deposited by the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 25 February 2013 in the pending writ petitions, subject to the Applicants submitting an undertaking in usual form acceptable to the Registry to bring back the amount, in case the petitions are decided against them. It is ordered accordingly. The civil applications are disposed of.
