By an order dated 18th April, 2015, this Court has allowed the applicant's application for leave to travel abroad to United States of America and Canada from 3rd June, 2015 till 22nd June, 2015. The applicant has filed the present criminal application on the footing that the itinerary has changed from United States of America and Canada to Europe but for the same period i.e. 3rd June, 2015 till 17th June, 2015. The applicant has submitted the tour itinerary for Europe from 3rd June, 2015 to 17th June, 2015. Accordingly, the applicant is 1/2

appa629-15 permitted to travel to Europe in accordance with the itinerary being Exhibit-A to the criminal application on the same terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 18th April, 2015. The applicant shall also inform the telephone number and address of the cruise company and and the contact number of the vessel with whom the petitioner proposes to sail for seven nights.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
