Heard. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the applicants/original claimants are allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.4 lakhs (Rupees Four lakhs only) each upon furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane.
