This Arbitration Petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondent are agreed to the appointment of Counsel Mr.Riyaz I. Chagla as the sole Arbitrator.

In the circumstances, the following order is passed: (i) Counsel Mr. Riyaz I. Chagla. Prospect Chambers, 5th floor, Dr.D.N.Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001, is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute and differences between the parties under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

ARP 36-15.doc (ii) Registry to communicate this order to the learned Arbitrator together with a memorandum of address of parties. Learned counsel for the parties state that they will also inform the learned Arbitrator accordingly.
