Heard Mr.P.J. Thorat, learned Counsel for the applicants. This matter is moved by way of praecipe dated 14.2.2017 for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 30.9.2016. In paragraph-3 of the order, applicants No.1(a) and 1(b), who are the legal representatives of petitioner No.1 were permitted to withdraw the amount.

Mr. Thorat submits that applicant No.1(a) is not in India. He, therefore, submits that applicants No.1(a) or 1(b) may be permitted to withdraw the amount.

In view thereof, the words "applicants No.1(a) and 1(b)" in paragraph-3 of the order stands substituted as "applicants No.1(a) or 1(b)" .

In addition to above correction, paragraph-4 of the order dated 30.9.2016 reads thus :

"4. In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. All parties including the Department to act upon the authenticated copy of this order."

Paragraph-4, extracted hereinabove, shall stand substituted as under :

"4. In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs. All parties including the Department to act upon the authenticated copy of this order."

Order dated 30.9.2016 stands corrected to the above extend only. Rest of the order shall remain as it is. Order accordingly.
