We have been shown a copy of the order dated 22.04.2019 passed by the DRT refusing to grant ad-interim relief. In as much as, the Petitioner has a remedy to challenge the said order before the DRAT, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that for a period of 2 weeks from today, the Respondent-Bank shall not confirm the auction sale.
