Learned Counsel for the respondent has invited my attention to the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1107 of 2021, by which the Hon'ble Supreme Court has already transferred Divorce Petition No. A-1764 of 2020 and the Custody Petition No.D-114/2021/CNR-MHFC01-0067002021 to Family Court at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 2.

The petitioner-husband who appears in person and claims to be an Advocate, has suppressed this fact from this Court as he ought

14-2899-2023-WP=.doc to have first invited the attention of this Court to the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the said order, the present petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent-wife by depositing the amount in the Family Court at Ahmedabad, Gujarat within one week.

Learned Counsel for the respondent shall report the compliance to the Court.
