This Appeal is preferred by the claimant challenging the judgment and award dated 06.02.2014 passed by the M.A.C.T. Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 502 of 2008 for additional compensation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and after perusing the impugned judgment and award dated 06.01.2016 passed by the Trial Court, I am satisfied that appellant has made out case for following order. a) Admit.
