C.:- 1) Mr.Yagnik, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr.Khilare, PSI attached to Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime the police have submitted charge-sheet on 13th September 2023, in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, Mumbai and it is numbered as C.C.No.3127/PW/2023.

2) In view thereof the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure before the trial Court.
