The issue involved in the present petition is already taken care of in the Criminal Public Interest Litigation filed by the very same Petitioner. We find that duplicity of the PIL for very same purpose would serve no purpose except piling the docket of the pending cases. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. 2.

The petition is disposed of.
