This application is preferred by original respondent no.3 acquiring body for stay of operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 28.8.2007 passed by Reference Court in LAR No.730 of 2002.

In view of dismissal of Civil Application No.3173 of 2013 for condonation of delay, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Same is rejected as infructuous.
