This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent no.1 to register the offence in respect of the petitioner's allegations, made in complaint dated 29.11.2014. The record reveals that the petitioner has not given any information but has given advocate's notice to the Senior Inspector of Police. The notice is not in compliance with the provisions of Section 154(1) of the Cr.P.C. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition. 2.

Be that as it may, Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, upon Uday S. Jagtap

2016-15-wp=.doc instructions from Mr. Shirvadkar, PSI, Goregaon Police Station, Mumbai, makes a statement that the allegations made in the said notice were inquired into and it was found that the dispute is of civil nature and the petitioner has been informed accordingly. Learned APP tenders copy of the report dated 30.06.2015. The same is taken on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
