This Application was listed on board dated 4th March, 2024. A detailed order is passed. The Application was adjourned today to facilitate the Applicants to show bona fides and to make a statement whether compliance of the earlier order is made.

This Court by order dated 20th September, 2021 had expected of the Applicant to deposit the amount. It was adjourned to 8th October, 2021. The interim relief was continued till 8th October, 2021. 3.

Today when the matter is called out, none is present. It is seen that the Applicant has not given the details as to whether the payment is made.

Learned APP on instructions from the concerned Police Officer present in the Court submits that though the Applicant was to pay the amount in three installments the total amount. However the amount of Rs.5,90,000/- is still not deposited. Charge sheet is also filed. 5.

Considering the above position, this Court finds that the Applicant is not interested in prosecuting the Application. He has not given the details of payment, if any, made.
