Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Order dated 11/05/2022 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 1428 of 2022. The applicant submits that in addition to the condition No. 2 stated in paragraph No. 9 of the above Order, the Applicant may also be permitted to provide cash bail of Rs. 25,000/-. Applicant is allowed to provide cash bail of Rs. 25,000/- within a period of 8 weeks from today. 2.
