Mr. for the applicant Mr. APP for the respondent State.
CORAM: BHARATI DANGRE, J.
DATED : 24th MAY, 2022 (Vacation Court) P.C:- By the present application, the applicant seek extension of time to submit surety as directed by this Court as a condition, subject to which the applicant was released on bail by order dated 12/4/2022.
The order dated 12/4/2022 release the applicant on bail subject to the following condition :- "(ii) The Applicants shall, within the said period of four weeks, furnish PR bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount" Tilak
2/2 52 IA 1583-22.doc Learned counsel for the applicant submit that the applicant submitted one surety, but on account of the some technical difficulty in respect of another surety, in absence of income proof certificate, the time to submit surety lapsed. She, therefore, submit that time of four weeks may be granted to submit the surety and it is her statement that even the first surety which was ready and made available has not been accepted due to the non-acceptance of the second surety. The reasons cited being bonafide, I am inclined to extend the time to submit sureties by further period of four weeks.
In the mean time, since the applicant is already released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, the order shall continue to operate till the further period of four weeks. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
