This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of the offence punishable under Sections 177, 181, 182, 199, 200, 418, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in connection with C.R. No.256 of 2022 registered with Worli Police Station, Mumbai on the basis of complaint filed by one Mrs. Manisha Mukund Berde. 3.

My attention is invited to the order dated 09/06/2022 passed by this Court. The dispute pertains to the

deprivation of the legal heirs of their rightful shares in the property by the applicant. This Court had called upon the applicant with an offer by which he can undo the injustice caused to the complainant. An opportunity was therefore granted to the applicant. In deference of this Court's order, the applicant filed an affidavit dated 14/06/2022 which is already on record. The details of the properties are listed out and it is stated by the applicant that he is willing to distribute all the above properties of his late father with all the legal heirs equally. The legal heirs are already mentioned in the affidavit. What is stated in such affidavit will be abided by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all necessary steps will be taken expeditiously. In view of the affidavit, accepting the contents therein as an undertaking to this Court, the application is disposed of. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(a) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R. No.256 of 2022 registered with Worli Police Station, Mumbai, applicant-Ravindra Prabhakar Berde shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent
