By this petition, the petitioners are challenging the Order dated 23rd May 2018 passed by the learned District Judge - 2, Niphad on application filed by Kashinath Jadhav. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. He submits that the impugned Order is totally illegal. I have perused the impugned Order. Without seeking any final relief, the application at Exhibit 25 came to be filed by person who was not party to the suit. No fault, as such, can be found with the impugned Order.
