The Applicant is juvenile tried as adult. He is arrested in connection with CR. No. 159 of 2018 registered with Silvassa Police Station for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The Applicant is arrested on 27th July, 2018. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted on instructions that the trial has commenced and prosecution has examined first witness and the evidence of witness is in progress. He submitted that in view of the aforesaid circumstances, the trial may be expedited. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent on instructions submits that the prosecution intends to examine about eight witnesses. 4.
