We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Applicants that necessary Interim Applications in the Securitisation Applications will be filed within two weeks from today. If such Interim Applications are filed within two weeks from today, the DRT shall decide the said Interim Applications expeditiously and in any event, within four weeks thereafter, uninfluenced by the orders passed by this Court. Until the disposal of the said Interim Applications, status quo shall be maintained in respect of the flat Nos.203 and A-203.
