1] Heard learned counsel Mr.Deval for the petitioner. 2] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they filed the present Contempt Petition as Criminal Contempt under Section 2 (c) (ii) & (iii) of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. He submits that by mistake in cause title they shown as a Contempt Petition only. Hence petitioner is permitted to carryout appropriate amendment in petition and matter to be place on board as per roster. Same is permitted. 3] Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today. After amendment, Office is directed to place the matter as per roster before the Court.
