Heard Mr. Nimbalkar, learned Counsel for the applicant who seeks further extension of temporary bail granted on medical grounds by this Court on 6th February 2024 to facilitate him to undergo Total Hip Replacement surgery.

Mr. Nimbalkar, invites my attention to the Certificate issued by Dr. M.S. Todkar, MS (Ortho) dated 23rd March 2024. The Certificate indicates that applicant underwent right Total Hip Replacement surgery on 16th February 2024. According to the doctor, the applicant needs around six months after surgery for

24-1776-2024-IA=.doc total recovery. He was advised medicines, physiotherapy, post surgery. The Certificate also indicates that he is advised to avoid sitting on the ground or on a low chair after surgery. Apart from that, he has been advised to use commode and avoid standing for long time.

Discharge summary reveals that the surgery was conducted by a panel of two doctors namely Dr. Manoj Todkar and Dr. Harshal Saoji.

Learned APP however, submits that the authenticity of the Certificate needs to be verified.

Considering the aforesaid facts, temporary bail granted to the applicant stands extended till 31st July, 2024. 6.

The application stands disposed of.
