The order of DRT dated 23 April 2018 impugned in this Petition reads as follows:

"1.

The Applicant has moved praecipe seeking urgent orders and reliefs in terms of IA No.413/2018.

2.

The Applicant has filed affidavit (Exhibit-06) which shows that the notice was posted on 20th April 2018 at 17.52 hrs. 3.

The Applicant to file affidavit proving service of the IA. No ad-interim orders for want of service and in the absence of the other side. 4.

Parties to appear before the Registry, stand over to 7 May 2018." 2.

The Petitioner has an alternate remedy. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition shall accordingly stand dismissed.
