The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions in the matter of her promotion to the post of Executive Engineer. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the communication received by him by way of email. A copy of the communication dated 25th July, 2021 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Perusal of the communication shows that the petitioner is now promoted to the post of Executive Engineer. In view of this fact, the grievance raised in the petition, no more survives and, as such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave is granted.
