By order dated 23/04/2021 passed in Interim Application No.866 of 2021 the Applicant was released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of eight weeks and was further directed to furnish PR bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount within a period of eight weeks. Time is extended by a period of two weeks. Cash bail to continue for a further period of two weeks.
