Leave granted, as prayed for. Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and take it to a logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, however, within nine months from today. In case, the trial is not concluded within nine months from today, liberty is granted to the Appellant to revive his prayer for bail.
