Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

(i) The order passed by the 3 rd Labour Court, Mumbai directing the Respondents to reinstate the Complainant pending the hearing of the Complaint, is set aside.

(ii)The Third Labour Court Mumbai shall dispose off the Complaint within a period of 8 weeks from the date of this order without being influenced by any of the observations made in the impugned order. If necessary, the Court shall hear the complaint on day to day basis. The hearing shall not be adjourned on the days fixed unless absolutely necessary (iii)The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the 3 rd Labour SSP 1/2

(iv)The Respondents undertake to pay to the Complainant his salary for the period of two months to the complainant.
