The learned Counsel for the Petitioner alleges that there is TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE non-compliance of the order dated 24 October 2016 passed by the TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE Date: 2024.01.23 17:08:47 +0530 Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 11683 of 2016. 2.

By this order, the Division Bench had disposed of Writ Petition No. 11683 of 2016 simplicitor and directed the Respondents to decide the representations in accordance with law as early as possible within a period of eight weeks. Reply affidavit is filed on behalf of Respondent No.3 by the Secretary, Maharashtra Building Workers

Trupti 2 31-cp-505-2018.doc Welfare Board stating that the representations have been decided. Reply affidavit is filed on 28 August 2018.

Considering the explanation given in the reply, we are not inclined to proceed further in contempt jurisdiction. In case outcome of the representations is adverse to the Petitioner, the Petitioner can always challenge the same.
