Heard the learned Counsels for the Applicant and the NonApplicant. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to amend. It is submitted that on the last date orally this Court had granted leave to amend. However, the same is not carried out so that separate Interim Application No.4284 of 2023 is filed.
The Non-Applicant will have every right to controvert the averments by way of amendment. Considering the matter is at the stage of admission. The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Interim Application No.4284 of 2023 is disposed of. Issue notice to the added party Respondent, returnable on 8 June 2023.
The Petitioner shall supply the copies for service to the added party immediately and shall take Hamdast.
