This Court has protected the Applicants-accused from arrest as per the order dated 28th April 2021.

During the pendency of this Application, the police have filed the charge-sheet. A report to that effect dated 30th June 2023, is submitted today. It is taken on record and marked as Annexure "X" for identification.

Applicant No.2-Muzaffar Abdul Karim Khan has expired. His death certificate is produced. The same is taken on record and marked as Annexure "Y". His application no more survives. 6.
In view of the above, the interim order dated 28th April 2021, is confirmed.
