Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that he has been instructed to withdraw the PIL with liberty to file a fresh PIL making same prayer but after incorporating pleadings of facts concerning violation of the Bombay Highway Act, 1955. 2.

Granting liberty as prayed for, the PIL is dismissed as not pressed.
