P.C.:- 1] The amount involved in the offence is already deposited but for Rs 70,000/- which Counsel for the Applicants undertake to deposit with the Investigating Officer within a period of one week from today. Since the statement is made on instructions same is accepted as undertaking to this Court. As such, ad-interim protection stands confirmed, subject to aforesaid deposit.
2] In the event of the arrest of the Applicants in C.R. No.90 of 2020 registered with Bandra Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Section 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Applicants be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 15000/- each with one surety in the like amount. Applicants to furnish their detailed address, phone number to the IO at the time of furnishing bail. Applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required. Applicants shall not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against themselves so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. Applicants shall not leave Mumbai without previous permission of the Court.

3] If the said amount of Rs 70,000/- is not deposited as undertaken, the interim protection shall seize to operate without further reference to the court and the Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to take action in accordance with law.
4] Application is accordingly disposed of. As a consequence, Interim Application is also disposed of.
