The application was heard at length. Since the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant may be granted one week's time to surrender before Investigating Officer on 05.07.2021 at 11.00 a.m.
