2] This application is for the condonation of 59 days delay in filing the Criminal Revision Application. The learned counsel Mr.Walve appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 submits that they have no objection, if delay is condoned.
3] Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and as the advocate for respondent No.1 have no objection, I satisfied that applicant has made out a case for allowing this Criminal Application. Hence following order; 1/2
