DATED : 23rd JUNE, 2022 P.C:- Interim Application seek permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant/husband in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 22/8/2019.

It is stated that pursuant to the said order, an amount of Rs.1,95,000/- is deposited in this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner state that on 22/8/2019, there were arrears of Rs.3,90,000/- which has now further hike on account of lapse of time.

2/2 42 IA 3196-21.doc Considering the difficulty faced by the wife in not having any amount to maintain herself and her two children, I deem it expedient to permit withdrawal of the said amount. Registry shall permit withdrawal of the amount that is deposited by the petitioner husband in the Revision Application. Withdrawal is without prejudice to rights and contentions of both the parties.

Interim Application stand disposed off.

The learned counsel for the respondent husband has instructions to make a statement that the settlement talks are going on between the parties.

List the Revision Application for admission on 21/7/2022.
