Leave to amend so as to add prayer for condoning delay is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

This is an application for bringing L.Rs. of the sole petitioner on record. The sole petitioner died on 5.4.2007 and application is filed on 9.7.2007. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (a1) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today. Order accordingly.
