This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents No. 1 and 2 by an order dated 6.4.2015 in ABA No. 527/2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai.

The learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 and 2 submitted that during pendency of this application, the police have completed the investigation and charge-sheet has been filed on 6.11.2015.

In view of the order passed in Criminal Application No. 723/2014 dated 25.1.2016, the present application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
